Subtle Self Work

Using techniques from the Realization Process, I will gently walk you through a series of exercises that may help you make meaning of psychological holding patterns in the body. You will learn how to tune into the non-dual consciousness available in the internal space of the body, and how to access the body's wisdom in assisting with your personal healing and wholeness.

The Realization Process is a series of practices that help to open the body, heart, and mind to the experience of nondual reality. By learning how to make contact with the internal space of your body, you will uncover a quality-rich, authentic experience of yourself while simultaneously transcending your individuality. In this practice, the body serves as the vehicle to the ground of unitive consciousness. The exercises help you learn to let go of your habitual defensive "grip" on yourself, so that fundamental consciousness can spontaneously emerge.

The fixations that obscure nonduality are not just conceptual. They are also rigid holding patterns throughout the whole body, limiting our capacity for emotional responsiveness and physical sensation. Shifting from the fragmentation of subject-object duality to the unity of our essential being seems radical, but it is possible. The Realization Process helps us realize our own nature as vast, clear, unchanging, unbounded space. The practices also open the chakras, cultivate internal depth, bliss, and clarity, and refine the breath and the senses so that you can see, hear, touch, and experience on a more subtle level.

Sessions are 50 minutes, and can be conducted in person or over Skype.
